Whitesboro man flown from site of DUI collision in Lebanon

One person was injured in a two-vehicle collision in Lebanon on Tuesday morning.

Carl Wilson, 55, of Whitesboro, Texas, was driving a 1193 Chevrolet pickup westbound on Oklahoma Highway 32 in the city limits of Lebanon at about 7:37 a.m., according to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Heriberto Meza-Duenez, 33, of Carrollton, Texas, was driving a 205 Peterbilt semi eastbound on Highway 32.

The Chevrolet pickup went left of center and side-swiped the semi.

Wilson was transported from the scene by Air Evac to Medical City in Denton, Texas, and admitted in stable condition with trunk internal and leg injuries.

Diana Walker, 55, of Grand Prairie, Texas, was a passenger in the pickup. She was transported by Marshall County EMS to AllianceHealth to Madill and treated and released.

Meza-Duenez was not injured.

The cause of the collision was impaired ability due to drinking, according to the report. Seatbelts were in use by all and the airbag deployed in the pickup.

The OHP was assisted in the investigation by the Lebanon Fire Department, Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, Air Evac and Marshall County EMS.
