The sun rose for Terry on May 19, 1960 in Cook County, Chicago, Ill. He was born to Gary Lou Stout and Judy ( Lipe) Stout.
Terry was the oldest of four siblings. He loved fishing and was on the water every chance he got. Fishing tournaments early on and more for recreational purposes at the end, even when he started feeling bad, he still had the desire to fish. Watching fishing shows and buying fishing gear in hopes of getting back on the water. He wasn’t always successful at catching the big fish, and often said “The smaller the fish the bigger the lie.”
Terry was also a big fan of rock concerts and music festivals. He and Jeanene would go often to Dallas or Oklahoma City to attend concerts. More so than fishing or concerts, Terry loved his family. He and Jeanene had been married 39 plus years, going for 40 in June 2024. He has a son, Damian, who he often said was his idol. He was very proud of him and bragged on him whenever he could. Terry also has two beautiful granddaughters, Kaydan and Elizabeth, of whom he was also very proud of.

He is also survived by his wife of 39 years, Jeanene of Lebanon, Okla., and son, Damian Johnson, a retired military veteran, in Killeen, Texas.
