Ira Patrick Allen, 65, of Kingston, Okla., passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023, at his home in Kingston. He was born on February 14, 1958, in Lovington, N.M., to the late Jimmy Allen and Iva Mae Gamel Allen.
He lived in the Kingston and Marshall County area his entire life working as a general contractor doing flooring and tile work. Pat enjoyed riding his Harley, going camping and fishing. He also enjoyed picking guitars and playing his harmonica.
Pat was preceded in death by his parents; wife, “Nonie”; sisters: Myrtlelee Cobb and Betty Wilson; brothers: James, Bill, Jimmy and Leslie Allen.
Pat is survived by his chhildren: Susie Garcia and husband Cruz of Sherman, Texas, Mary Ann Allen of Pipe Creek, Texas, Bonnie Marie Allen of Kingston, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Kellan Allen, Christian Wheeler, Grace Wheeler, Taylor Ellis, Brinnley Ellis, JJ Henry, Hannah Lewis, Kaleb Allen; sisters: Bonnie Parker and Husband Robert of Ardmore, Okla., Shirley Allen of Kingston, Okla.
A memorial service in his honor is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at the Kingston Community Center.
