MARSHALL COUNTY – A Madill man is dead following a collision in Marshall County on Monday evening.

Guy McClure, 60, of Madill, was driving a 2020 Ford F150 on Oklahoma Highway 32 and Page Road about 5 miles south and 3 miles west of Madill at about 6:10 p.m., according to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. McClure was heading north.

John Kosztak, 24, of Kiowa was driving a 2015 Peterbitl semi eastbound on Highway 32.

McClure failed to yield at a stop sign and the F150 was struck by the semi, according to the report.

McClure was transported by the Marshall County EMS to Alliance Health Center in Madill. He was pronounced deceased by hospital medical staff from trunk internal injuries.

Seat belts were equipped in both vehicles, but not in use in either, according to the report. The airbag did deploy in the F150.

The OHP was assisted in the investigation by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, Madill Fire Department, Marshall County EMS and Oklahoma State Medical Examiner Investigator Juanita Galindo.
