Lori Kay Bryant

Lori Kay Bryant, 49, was born on July 27, 1973, in Tulsa, Okla., the daughter of Harold Dean Bryant and Susan Kaye (Young) Walker. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold; brother, John William Young; maternal grandparents, John F. and Ruth Young; aunts and uncles, Roy and Delores Hill, Johnny Ray Young and Ruby Young.

Lori was a life-long resident of the Hugo area and had moved to Kingston, Okla., to be with her mother, sister and the rest of her close family. In earlier years, she participated in the Special Olympics where she won many medals and loved to take part in all of the activities. She had a kind heart and loved her family dearly. Above all else, Lori loved the Lord. Going to church and singing the gospel was something that brought her so much joy. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Lori is survived by her mother, Susan Kay Walker of Kingston, Okla.; aunt, Gin Young (Nanny) of Kingston, Okla.; sister, Farrah Howard and husband, Jason of Kingston, Okla.; nieces and nephews, Chelsea, Teanna, Danny, and Paden; many great nieces and nephews; and cousin, David Matthew Young of Hugo, Okla.; along with a host of other friends, family and loved ones.

A memorial service was held in her honor on Monday, May 1, 2023, at the Spencerville Baptist Church.

Arrangements under the direction of Miller and Miller Funeral Home.
