Everett Clyde Davis, 80, of Madill, Okla. passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024, at the Brookside Nursing Center in Madill. He was born on October 8, 1943, in Madill to the late William (HE) Hugh Davis and Rena Mae Triplett Davis.
Clyde was raised and lived his entire life in Madill. He graduated from Madill High School in 1963 and served in the National Guard Army. Clyde married Donna Darnell Havens on June 13, 1970, in Madill and she preceded him in death on November 2. 2022.
Clyde retired after working 3- plus years at WW Trailers as an inspector of trailers. He was affiliated with the Baptist faith, and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, going golfing and watching OU football. His greatest joy was watching his grandkids participate in sports and their other activities.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; granddaughter, Britney Freeman; two brothers, Hugh Davis and Jerry Davis.
Clyde is survived by his children: Michael Edward Davis of Dibble, Okla., Eric Davis and wife Brooke of Madill, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Grace Davis, Kaytleigh Davis and Hayleigh Pittman; and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service in his honor will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024, at Watts Memorial Chapel in Madill, Okla.
