Vanyce Lollis, 71, of Kingston, Okla. passed away on Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021 at his home in Kingston. He was born on June 25, 1950 in Madill, Okla. to late Othel Billy Lollis and Dollie Christine Peters Lollis.
He was raised in Kingston where he graduated from Kingston High School in 1968. Vanyce married Dretha Pauline Bearden on Aug. 9, 1968 in Fobb, Okla. He lived his entire life in Kingston working at WW Trailers, and later owned and operated Country Trailers. He also worked at Michelin Tire Company while farming and ranching. Vanyce was affiliated with the Church of Christ and he enjoyed watching his horses, working and loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Dretha Lollis of Kingston, Okla.; children: Valerie Jackson and husband Darryl of Mannford, Okla., Summer Lollis of Madill, Okla., Jenny French and husband Troy of Kingston, Okla., Dustin Lollis and Ashley Landgraf of Madill, Okla.; grandchildren: Darryl V. Jackson and wife Natilie, Brandon Jackson and wife Ashley, Joey Jackson and wife Meske, Sydney Garrett, Zoie Garrett, Eli French, Charlie French, Jolie French, Remi Lollis; great-grandchildren: Easton, Madelyn, Addilyn Brooklyn, Jaci and Ace; brothers: Verlon “Bud” Lollis and wife Teresa Ann of Kingston, Okla., Vent Lollis and wife Christine of Kingston, Okla.; sisters: Carolyn Harrison and husband Allen of Kingston, Okla., Teresa Jo Lollis of Kingston, Okla.
Vanyce was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Vaden Lollis; aunt, Jane Morgan and one niece, Ami Park.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2021 at the Willis Cemetery in Willis, Okla. Joe Patterson will officiate the service.
Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Oklahoma.
